At the outset, I would like to Congratulate Shri Suniel Narang ji for becoming the President for TFCC till 2025. May Film Industry prosper under your dynamic leadership and achieve greater heights.

Few Suggestions for your kind consideration to develop TFCC as a Movie enthusiast and Industry supporter

1. TFCC Vision - To enhance the quality of cinema viewing and TFCC to become the ideal melting pot for Creative Technicians, Producers, Exhibitors, Distributors and Film Trade houses.

2. TFCC Mission - To Support all Movie activities that can empower Movie Technicians, Producers, Distributors and Exhibitors towards maintaining Harmonious Trade atmosphere.

3. Proposed Action Plan for TFCC till 2025 are

a. A Website for TFCC to be set up before Aug 15th 2023

b. All people who are interested to be part of Telangana Film Industry can register with TFCC as a member online with a nominal fee mentioning their area of interested department(s)

c. TFCC will work towards making itself as Single Point of Contact to avail Govt Clearances for shootings and subsidies

d. TFCC will focus to bring back middle class audiences to theatres by Reduced/Variable Ticketing Prices, Quality comfort viewing, Free Parking, Reduced Food Court prices and maintaining top quality Hygiene and Sanitation in rest rooms in all its theatres

e. TFCC will promote and coordinate with State Govt to encourage shootings in Tourism spots of Telangana and work towards to get subsidies from state govt for the same.

f. TFCC will work towards reducing unemployment in Telangana by providing contractual internship Training for youth in Cinema Projection, Food Court, Box Office Mgt, Theatre Management Services, Event management and Media Coordination services

g. TFCC to provide emergency training program like CPR, First aid for Cine Workers in a phased manner. It will be free for TFCC regd members and paid for Non TFCC members

h. TFCC will provide Mental Health Wellness Training to Cine Workers to reduce depression and suicidal tendencies

i. TFCC will provide Career Assessment Orientation session for all freshers explaining the practical side of Movie Making Process by Movie Experts

j. To conduct a Round Table Conferences, Seminars for Saving Single Screen Cinema Halls and feedback meeting from Consumers Media and Single Screen Hall Owners

k. To propose to state govt to reduce property taxes, electricity billing and water billing to Single Screen Hall establishments

l. TFCC to be the ombudsman escalation point to resolve all disputes arising out of its registered members productions

m. TFCC will request to all its registered members whose production is under process to tie up with local ambulances at all outdoor shoot spots, with hospitals and provide comprehensive health insurance in emergency situations for all shooting units registered with TFCC

n. TFCC will request all under production movie houses to provide mobile toilets and changing area separately for Women folk working in that movies.

o. TFCC will negotiate with a insurance company on comprehensive basis for its registered members to provide insurance cover for Cinema Theatre Halls under its ambit in the event of audiences spoiling/destroying  the Cinema Hall Property

p. TFCC will register itself to get Tax exemption under 80 d /C or which ever is applicable under the tax laws, to get CSR funds to start an old age home for retired, aged and unemployed Senior citizens who are regd with TFCC. TO CONSTRUCT AN OFFICE FOR TFCC before 2025.

r. Most Important - TFCC will first conduct a seminar with Media and Social media people to educate them about the losses incurred by all Producers by every second Reviewers and uploading the content in social media within an hour of the movie release thus affecting the collections of all films and incurring huge loss to Producers

s. TFCC after it's meeting with Media will tie up with legal experts to penalise any reviewer in any form of  electronic /Print /Social media if the movie review or feedback is printed or broadcasted/Podcasted in any form of media by an individual or a company within its first 4 days of release. In the event anyone who will violate this law, will be treated under Cyber Crime and penalised under TFCC bye Laws to an amount of 25 Lakhs or 15 days in Jail. This law will be broadcasted in all languages at the start of the movie.

These are  few of the ideas that can bring a smal amount of relief to everyone connected with the making, producing, exhibiting and distribution of movies.
